*Prerequisites to “Drop-in”: Have a minimum of 1 month of CrossFit experience.
Whether you are in town or nearby, whether it is for work or play, come workout with us! Make us your gym home away from home.
How it works
• Register online with your contact details.
• We’ll show you the schedule, so you know when to arrive.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our front desk.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!

Step 1-Schedule a visit.
Step 2- During your scheduled visit you will go over your fitness goals with an experienced trainer. If you don’t have any previous experience with kettlebells or CrossFit, a Foundations Class is needed.
Step 3. Once the Foundations Class is complete (or you were not required to take Foundations), you will be ready to join any of our weekly CrossFit, Sweat or Kettlebell classes.
*The Foundations Class is required for all new members of Iron Roots interested in the CrossFit Classes and Kettlebell Classes. The Foundations Class will provide 2 hours of personal or small group instruction on the essential foundational movements performed during CrossFit workouts and kettlebell workouts. You will be coached by a professional trainer on how to execute the movements safely and correctly. This class will reduce the risk of injury and ensure proper development and progression by learning technique correctly from the start. At the end of the foundations class you will also engage in a workout based on the technique and movements learned throughout the session.
