Sweat Classes in Fountain Hills
Our SWEAT class is a one hour, complete Strength and Conditioning program. Our Sweat programming combines a variety of workout methods using kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, medicine balls, rowing, running and bodyweight exercises. You will catch yourself SWEATing as you circulate between cardio and strength training. The coach will spare no method limit in the quest for a better you!
